Privacy Policy

DemandHub Inc. O/A MeetRaya (“DemandHub”) operates MeetRaya.com and app.meetraya.com. In this Privacy Policy, “Site”, “Website” and “our websites” mean those two sites, and “App” and “Services” have the meanings in our Terms of Use as they relate to Raya. This Privacy Policy applies only to them. DemandHub.co has its own privacy policy. It is DemandHub’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information about identifiable individuals and information which can be used to identify an individual (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may be collected about our Customers, prospective Customers, visitors to the Website, and end users of the Site, App and Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control. The Services are intended for use by businesses (our Customers). Our Customers are responsible for maintaining their own privacy policies governing the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and ensuring that they have obtained the necessary authorizations and consents for any Personal Information made available to us for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our Site and App are not directed to children under 16.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, DemandHub collects information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request, which may be linked to a user if that user is logged into a DemandHub account. DemandHub also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, including through the analytics service providers described under Analytics.

DemandHub’s purposes in collecting this information include to better understand how visitors use its Site. From time to time, DemandHub may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Site.

DemandHub may also allow visitors to publicly comment or publish content on the Site. In such cases, DemandHub may collect any Personal Information submitted by visitors on the Site, which Personal Information may be linked to IP addresses.

Collection of Customer’s Personal Information

Certain visitors to DemandHub’s Site, App and Services choose to interact with DemandHub in ways that require DemandHub to gather Personal Information. The amount and type of information that DemandHub gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors to provide their name, company, contact phone number, and email address in exchange for content such as Services demos in order deliver such content. If you download the App, we also use your phone number to send messages, alerts and push notifications to the App.

Customers who purchase DemandHub Services are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and business information required to process those transactions. In each case, DemandHub collects such information as necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the Customer’s interaction with DemandHub, including to:

• authenticate access to the Services;
• provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services;
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
• Provide and deliver the Services and features you request, process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices;
• Respond to comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service and support;
• Communicate with you about services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, promotions, contests and events, and provide other news or information about us and our select partners;
• Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to the Services, and other illegal activities;
• Personalize and improve the Services, and provide content, features, and/or advertisements that match your interests and preferences or otherwise customize your experience on the Services;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Services and for marketing or advertising purposes;
• Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
• Enable you to communicate, collaborate, and share files with users you designate; and
• For other purposes about which we will notify you about and seek your consent.

DemandHub may also collect certain information from users of the Website, Apps and Services, such as Internet addresses, time spent logged into the Services and other usage data (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data is logged to help diagnose technical problems, to administer our Website, App and Services in order to constantly improve the quality of the Services, and to understand how our Site and Services are used, as described under Analytics. If you have an Account, this Usage Data is linked to your Account. If you do not have an Account, this Usage Data may be linked to your device ID.

Collection of Personal Information as a Data Processor

As a service provider to our Customers, we collect and analyze data related to our Customers’ clients and other end users on behalf of our Customers, including calls, recordings, transcripts, messages and other records our Customers keep in the Services. Some of this data is processed using artificial intelligence to provide the Services. In this role, DemandHub is a data processor, processing data upon instruction from our Customers. We may share this data with the relevant Customer, with people the Customer directs us to contact, with our Operational Service Providers, and as otherwise described in this policy or permitted or required by law. Where a Business Associate Agreement applies, it governs protected health information. If you are a patient or client of one of our Customers, that Customer controls your information; please contact them with any questions or requests about it.

Protection of Personal Information

DemandHub may disclose Personal Information to its employees, contractors, affiliated organizations and Operational Service Providers as needed to operate our business and provide the Site, App and Services. Personal Information, including information we process for our Customers, may be processed, stored and accessed in Canada, the United States and other countries, and may be subject to the laws of those places. By using the Site, App or Services, you consent to these transfers. Customers are responsible for any notice to, or consent from, their patients and clients that this requires.

DemandHub does not rent or sell Personal Information, other than in a business transfer described below. Other than as described in this policy, DemandHub discloses Personal Information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when DemandHub believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of DemandHub, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of our websites and have supplied your email address, DemandHub may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with DemandHub and our products. DemandHub takes reasonable measures to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of Personal Information.

Mobile Opt-In and Data Consent

Some of our websites and forms may collect mobile phone numbers. When applicable, these websites and forms will ask you to opt-in to receiving text messages and notifications. By submitting your phone number to these websites and forms, you are authorizing DemandHub to send you text messages and notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Protection of Mobile Information

Mobile information (including customer names and mobile phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, other than the Customer on whose behalf a message is sent, the service providers that deliver our messages, and as permitted or required by law or in a business transfer described below.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. DemandHub uses cookies to help DemandHub identify and track visitors, their usage of the Site, and their website access preferences. DemandHub visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using our websites, with the drawback that certain features of our websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Analytics

We use analytics service providers to understand how people find, sign up for and use our Site and Services. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, what you click, the referring site, and session recordings of your visit to MeetRaya.com, which can capture what appears on the page. If you sign up for or hold an account, they may also process an account identifier and information about your account’s activity, and may link it to your earlier visits to our websites. Data we process for our Customers is handled as described under Collection of Personal Information as a Data Processor.

Business Transfers

If DemandHub, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that DemandHub goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of DemandHub may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Ads

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by DemandHub and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Google APIs

DemandHub's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• DemandHub will only use access to read a Google account's username, email address, and optionally Google Business Profile data, and will not transfer this Google account data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• DemandHub will not use this Google account data for serving advertisements.

Disclosures Permitted Under Law

We may disclose your Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties with your consent and as described in this policy, including:

1. to the extent required to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or when we are compelled to do so by a governmental agency, court or other entity.
2. to transfer or otherwise disclose information to third parties who perform business, professional and/or technical functions (“Operational Service Providers”) for us related to the purpose for which you disclosed the personal information, or to operate and improve our Site and Services, in accordance with any applicable legal requirements. This does not change how we handle data we process for our Customers, described above.
3. in the event we believe your actions violate any law, regulation, or if you threaten the rights, property, safety of us, our parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, our services, or any of our Operational Service Providers.

How Your Information is Protected

DemandHub maintains reasonable standards of security and confidentiality consistent with customary business practice to protect the information under our control from loss, misuse, and alteration. However, for most internet sites, it is possible third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions over an unsecured transmission. We also limit access to our website and services by our own employees and contractors to individuals who are authorized for the proper handling of such information. Third parties that receive user data through the App are required to protect it to the same standard as this policy.

Third Party Websites

This website may provide links to third party websites. Please note that DemandHub does not control these sites and resources. As such we are not responsible for their availability, content, or delivery of services. These other websites are not bound to DemandHub’s online privacy statement. They may have their own policies or none at all. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites. DemandHub is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third party websites.

Access and Accuracy

You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you in order to verify the Personal Information we have collected in respect to you and to have a general account of our uses of that information. Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, although in certain limited circumstances, and as permitted under law, we may not be able to make all relevant information available to you, such as where that information also pertains to another user. In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date, and we will update, correct or delete your Personal Information where required by law. As appropriate, this amended Personal Information will be transmitted to those parties to which we are permitted to disclose your information. Having accurate Personal Information about you enables us to give you the best possible service. To request deletion of your account or withdraw consent, contact us below. We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, contractual and audit obligations. If we hold your information on behalf of a Customer, please contact that Customer.

European Users

DemandHub generally processes Personal Information in order to fulfill contracts we have with our Customers and end users and to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Otherwise, DemandHub will obtain consent from an individual in respect of processing of Personal Information if required by law to do so.

Further, individuals located in the European Economic Area have certain rights under European law (including under the General Data Protection Regulation) with respect to Personal Information, including the right to request access to, obtain, correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. Individual end users, Customers or prospective Customers located in the EEA who wish to exercise these rights, should contact DemandHub using the contact information below. Individuals that do not have an account with DemandHub should contact the Customer with whom you interacted directly because DemandHub serves as a data processor on behalf of our Customer and can only forward your request to the Customer to allow them to respond. Individuals also have the right to make complaints to regulatory authorities in respect of our privacy practices.

Online Privacy Policy Changes

We may change this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site, App or Services after a change confirms your acceptance of it.
